Vision & Values
Our Vision.
To see 1,000 men engaged, equipped, and committed to seeking first the Kingdom of God in our county.
Our Mission.
The Spark Network exists to establish hubs of prayer and worship, and to equip men to engage their communities as they seek the Lord’s radical transformation.
Our Values.
We believe the following Four P’s are critical to a healthy movement of prayer and unity:
Presence Focused.
We believe God’s presence is eternal and the center of all creation. From the beginning, His design was to dwell with His people, yet sin brought separation. Throughout Scripture, the distinguishing mark of God’s people has always been that His presence went with them. Seeking His presence is not just our foundation but our daily pursuit. Every act of worship, work, and mission flows from being with Him first—without His presence, we miss the point entirely.
Prayer Oriented.
Prayer is the language of relationship with God. It keeps our hearts aligned with His purposes and reminds us that transformation begins not with strategy but with surrender. We long to be a people who pray first, who listen before we speak, and who carry every need and dream before the Lord. Our prayer is not a ritual of words but a rhythm of communion that draws heaven and earth together in daily dependence.
Practical Expression.
Faith must take form in how we live. The gospel compels us to move beyond words into tangible acts of love, justice, and service. We believe the Kingdom of God should be visible not only in our homes and churches, but in the public life of our city. We engage with humility and hope in civic spaces, seeking to honor God in the places where culture is shaped and decisions are made, remembering the call of Jeremiah 29:7 to “seek the peace and prosperity of the city… and pray to the Lord for it.” Our conviction is simple: if our faith doesn’t touch our neighbors and shape the life of our city, it isn’t fully alive.
Partner Driven.
We are stronger together. God’s heart has always been for unity among His people, and we believe revival will come through shared pursuit rather than isolated effort. We intentionally build bridges across churches, generations, and neighborhoods to seek the good of our city. Partnership is how the Kingdom multiplies—each of us carrying part of the work, all of us moving toward the same renewal.
